The entire theme of Akebi and friendship has slowly lead up to this moment and the last episode next week, and it pays off really well and emotionally. I can't even imagine being the only kid in my year because I'd probably die from loneliness. It's wonderful that Akebi has found her friends. Also - that ending scene. Gorgeous!
